Ant’s communicating

Captured this helpless ant located at the top of the stick. He was either stuck or injured.

The larger Ant in the middle was using his antennae to communicate
to the other ants.
Here he seems to be assessing the stranded Ant.

The main ant would touch the head of the other ant(s) and they would scurry away as if they were directed to get help or reinforcements.

Seems to be caring or even consoling the injured ant.
